Change is good. I embrace it now. I hated it before, it made me angry!
How I actually got to the point of embracing changes were because one day I realised that things change whether I want them to or not, so I might as well get used to things changing on me or I would be angry allot of the time:-(. By expecting something to change I was ready and not caught off guard.
I challenged myself just for one day not to get ticked off for the 1/2 day then when I accomplished that I was jazzed with myself. Then I challenged myself for the other 1/2 of the day. After a few days of doing that, it became the whole day. Before I knew it it became the week, month etc. :-) Now I'm actually finding myself looking forward to changes. If something doesn't come up now, I have to make changes happen. I read that it's is really good for the brain to make it think differently. So that's all I have to read/hear about and I'll make sure I do it! :-)
